Hiding A Page From Your Navigation Menu or Search Engines

There may be times when you wish to hide a page (or pages) from appearing in your navigation menu and/or from search engines. This doc will guide you through how to do that.


Hiding a page from appearing in your navigation menu

There are two ways to hide a page from appearing in your navigation menu.

Option A) when creating a new page

1. Login to your website (yourwebsite.com/login)

2. Click EDIT MY WEBSITE

3. Click MANAGE PAGES

4. Click CREATE NEW PAGE

5. Enable the "Hide this page from navigation" option

Option B) From the "Manage Pages" lightbox.

1. Login to your website (yourwebsite.com/login)

2. Click EDIT MY WEBSITE

3. Click MANAGE PAGES

4. Click on the "lightbulb" icon next to any page to turn it off, hiding the page. Click it again to turn it on, which shows the page.


Hiding your landing page from search engines

There may be times when you don’t want to drive organic traffic to your landing page. For instance, if you are using your landing page for a specific ad/marketing campaign and want to ensure you're only getting traffic that you direct to your landing page from a specific source. 
To hide your landing page from search engines:
1. Click "Show Advanced Options" in the Page Options lightbox
2. Enable the "Hide this page from search engines" option
