How to fill out the PropTX data agreements

To be able to access all listing related functionality, you need to have the following 3 agreements submitted:

IDX Agreement - Provides access to active MLS listing data
DLA Agreement - Provides access to data required to import/update your own listings. This is required to have your own listings automatically imported and updated. Make sure to choose 'Brokerages Listings' when choosing the Access Level.
VOW Agreement - Provides access to VOW functionality including sold listings searches (up to 2 years in the past) and additional listings/data

Repeat the following steps for each of the above agreement types to enable all listing functionality and please see the DLA specific instructions at the bottom of this help doc.

Agreement Steps

1) Log into https://syndication.ampre.ca/sso/start with your PropTX credentials.

2) Click the "New Agreement" button.

3) Choose the agreement type.

4) Search for "RealtyNinja" when asked for a Vendor. If there are duplicates, choose the one that is shown in the screenshot below:

5) Scroll through the agreement.

6) When asked for a "Subscriber Website URL #1" enter your full website URL.

7) Agree to any required terms.

8) Click "Sign Agreement".

9) Repeat the above steps for all 3 agreement types (IDX, DLA and VOW)

When completing the DLA agreement (required to have your own listings automatically imported and updated), make sure to choose "Brokerage's Listings" when selecting the Access Level. This is very important and without it, not all of your listings will be imported and the Office Listings functionality will not work.

Once you complete the agreements, they are sent to your broker of record for confirmation before being sent back to PropTX for final processing. Let your broker of record know to expect the agreement confirmation so that they can deal with it promptly and speed up the process.
