Creating An Open House & Live Stream Search

Note: This feature is currently not available for users on the Toronto Real Estate Board or agents using DDF.

Instructions for Katana theme users:

1. Login to your website (yourwebsite.com/login)
2. Click EDIT MY WEBSITE
3. Click MANAGE PAGES
4. Click CREATE NEW PAGE

5. Type in a name for your page (ex: Open Houses in North Vancouver) and choose "MLS Search" from the "Page Type" dropdown

   

6. Click the PAGE LAYOUT AND WIDGETS ICON next to the page you just created

   

7. Click on the WIDGET OPTIONS ICON on the "MLS Search" widget

   

8. Set your MLS search filters (area, property type, etc.)

9. Turn ON the option called "Only Show Listings with Open Houses / Live Streams"

   

10. Click APPLY CHANGES
11. Click SAVE CHANGES
12. Click DONE

Instructions for older theme users:

6. Click the CUSTOMIZED MLS SEARCH OPTIONS ICON

   

7. Set your MLS search filters (area, property type, etc.)

8. Turn ON the option called "Only show listings that have open houses"

   

9. Click APPLY CHANGES
10. Click SAVE
