Creating A Custom Listing Group

Definition: A Custom Listing Group allows you to hand-pick certain listings and group them together.

Note: These are not listings that are automatically grouped together based on their MLS® criteria. If you're looking to automatically group listings together based on their MLS® criteria (such as area, bedrooms, price range, etc.) then you should create a "Niche MLS Search Page" instead.

Examples of Custom Listing Groups:

  • My Favourite Listings
  • Available Rentals (manually added only)
  • Commercial Listings (manually added only)
  • My Top Picks
  • Listings Of The Week
  • Dream Condos
  • Listings For Andrew Smith

NOTE: This page has separate instructions for agents using a Katana theme (our newest theme platform) and our older themes (such as Shinobi, Element, Classic, etc.).

Please choose which theme your website is using to view appropriate instructions:

By default, agents that signed up after December 2017 are all using a Katana theme. If you're not sure what theme your website is using you can always contact us at support@realtyninja.com.
