Enhancing your listings with high quality photos, PDFs and more
NOTE: This page has separate instructions for agents using a Katana theme (our newest theme platform) and our older themes (such as Shinobi, Element, Classic, etc.).
Please choose which theme your website is using to view appropriate instructions:

- I'm using an older theme (such as Shinobi, Element, Classic, etc.) Note: We recommend that you upgrade your website to Katana for free.
By default, agents that signed up after December 2017 are all using a Katana theme. If you're not sure what theme your website is using you can always contact us at support@realtyninja.com.

Enhancing your own active listings (with more high res photos, PDF's, longer descriptions, embedded tours/videos/etc.
- Login to your website (yourwebsite.com/login)
- Click LISTINGS
- Click the EDIT ICON beside the listing you wish to enhance (note: you cannot edit any listing that is not your own)
- In the form provided, you can enhance your listing by providing a longer/unique description, embedding something such as a youtube video or virtual tour, adjusting the map marker position, replacing or adding photos, adding photo captions, re-ordering photos, adding PDF attachments (such as floor plans, strata documents, etc.) and more.
- Click UPDATE LISTING at the bottom to save your changes
Note: Core listing information such as price, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. will automatically load onto your website and stay up-to-date with changes you make on the MLS.
Instructions for older theme users and Listings-Only (IDX) accounts

Note: Our system will automatically select "HD" mode under the "Layout" option if we detect that you've uploaded photos above 960px wide. You can manually select "SD" if you wish to change the way it's presented on your website.
