Enabling Office Listings Functionality

Follow the steps in this guide to enable office listing functionality. Once you've done that, you can follow this guide on how to add a "My Office Listings" page to your website.

Note: This feature is only available for supported real estate boards.

1. Login to your website (yourwebsite.com/login)
2. Click SETTINGS
3. Near the bottom of the GENERAL SETTINGS page, you'll see a "Brokerage ID" field. 
4. Enter in your Brokerage ID, IDX Code or Brokerage Name in the field. You'll find instructions on how to find this for each board further down this page.
5. Click APPLY CHANGES

British Columbia Boards:

Instructions for Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR), Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB), Chilliwack & District Real Estate Board (CADREB), Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB), and the Victoria Real Estate Board (VREB).

• If you are a member of one of the boards above then you are not required to add your Brokerage ID to your website in order to enable office functionality. You can leave that field blank, then follow this guide on how to add a "My Office Listings" page to your website.

Instructions for all other British Columbia boards that are using DDF:

• You will need to enter your Brokerage IDX code or Office ID #. The easiest way to find this ID is to send our support team an MLS # for any active listing that is in your brokerage (it does not have to be your own listing). You could also contact your managing broker and ask them for the brokerage "IDX/Reciprocity ID". You can contact us at support@realtyninja.com with the subject line "Here is an active listing in my brokerage so you can find my brokerage ID".

Alberta Boards:

Instructions for Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB®), REALTORS® Association of Edmonton (EREB) and all other boards in Alberta that are using DDF.

• If you are located in Alberta, you will need to enter your Brokerage IDX code or Office ID #. The easiest way to find this ID is to send our support team an MLS # for any active listing that is in your brokerage (it does not have to be your own listing). You could also contact your managing broker and ask them for the brokerage "IDX/Reciprocity ID". You can contact us at support@realtyninja.com with the subject line "Here is an active listing in my brokerage so you can find my brokerage ID".

Ontario Boards:

Instructions for Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB):

• Add your exact brokerage name as it appears on a listing. Example: "YORK NATIONAL REALTY INC."

Instructions for all other Ontario boards that are using DDF:

• You will need to enter your Brokerage IDX code or Office ID #. The easiest way to find this ID is to send our support team an MLS # for any active listing that is in your brokerage (it does not have to be your own listing). You could also contact your managing broker and ask them for the brokerage "IDX/Reciprocity ID". You can contact us at support@realtyninja.com with the subject line "Here is an active listing in my brokerage so you can find my brokerage ID".

All Other Canadian Boards Using DDF:

• You will need to enter your Brokerage IDX code or Office ID #.
