Adding A "My Office Listings" Page

Before following the steps in this guide, please make sure you've enabled office listings functionality by following this guide. Once you've enabled this functionality, follow the steps below to add a "My Office Listings" page to your website.

NOTE: This page has separate instructions for agents using a Katana theme (our newest theme platform) and our older themes (such as Shinobi, Element, Classic, etc.). 

Please choose which theme your website is using to view appropriate instructions:

By default, agents that signed up after December 2017 are all using a Katana theme. If you're not sure what theme your website is using you can always contact us at support@realtyninja.com.

Instructions for Katana theme users:

  1. Login to your website (yourwebsite.com/login)
  2. Click EDIT MY WEBSITE
  3. Click MANAGE PAGES
  4. Click CREATE NEW PAGE
  5. Give your new page a name (ex: "My Office Listings") and choose "Listings" from the "Page Type" dropdown

  6. Click the PAGE LAYOUT AND WIDGETS ICON next to the new page you just created

  7. Click the WIDGET OPTIONS ICON on the "Listings" widget

  8. Choose "Office" from the "Listing Group" dropdown

  9. Click APPLY CHANGES
  10. Click SAVE CHANGES
  11. Click DONE

Alternative Method: Restrict Any MLS Search To Only Show Results From A Particular Office

Alternatively, you can restrict any MLS search widget on your website to only display listings from a particular office. To do that simply edit an MLS search widget's options and type in an "Office ID" in the "Filter results by Office ID(s)" field. You can add multiple ID's separated by a comma. 

To find an office's ID please email our support team with the MLS number of any active listing from the office you'd like to use. You can contact us at support@realtyninja.com with the subject line "Here is an active listing in my brokerage so you can find my brokerage ID".


Instructions for older theme users:

  1. Login to your website (yourwebsite.com/login)
  2. Click EDIT MY WEBSITE
  3. Click MANAGE PAGES
  4. Click CREATE NEW PAGE
  5. Give your new page a name (ex: "My Office Listings")
  6. Choose "MLS Search" from the "Page Type" dropdown
  7. Click CREATE PAGE to create the actual page
  8. Click the MLS SEARCH OPTIONS icon
  9. Set your desired search criteria and enable the option ONLY SHOW LISTINGS FROM MY OFFICE
  10. Click APPLY CHANGES
  11. Click SAVE
