Launching My RealtyNinja Website

What to do if you do not have e-mail hosted at your domain or if you are using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) to host your email

If you do not have e-mail hosted at your domain or you are using Google Workspace (Formerly G Suite) to host your e-mail, the process of launching your new RealtyNinja website is rather simple. First of all you want to make sure you followed the first 2 steps in this guide. The next step is to log into your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) and to change your domains "nameserver" settings to point at our servers. Here are the values you want to use:

  • dns1.realtyninja.com
  • dns2.realtyninja.com
  • dns3.realtyninja.com

Each registrar is slightly different in where you change the nameserver settings but they should be in a fairly obvious location as this is one of the most common settings for domain names. If you get stuck or don't know how to do this, please contact us and provide us with your domain registrar login details and we will help you out.

What to do if you do have e-mail hosted at your domain?

If you do have e-mail hosted at your domain, the best thing you can do is get our team to handle the launch for you by e-mailing support@realtyninja.com with the subject line "I need help launching my website that has email setup at my domain". Our team will then request access to your domain registrar and handle all the heavy lifting from there.

If you can't provide our team with access to your registrar for whatever reason you can refer to this guide for more advanced instructions that you can send to your registrar.

Google Workspace (Formerly G Suite) Users:

Our system is set up by default to work with Google Workspace (Formerly G Suite) e-mail accounts so if your e-mail is hosted with them, you can change your domain nameservers like we have explained above and your e-mail will just work.
