How to add Google Remarketing to your website

Remarketing is a clever way to remind past visitors of your website about your brand, while they are browsing elsewhere online. These people may or may not have made an immediate inquiry last time they visited your website, but simply by visiting your site the internet saves something called a cookie in your browser history. These [inedible] cookies allow you to place targeted ads in front of people who had previously visited your site as they browse the web.

If you are using remarketing as part of your advertising strategy, you will need to copy and paste some code from your remarketing platform into your RealtyNinja website SETTINGS. Here's how you do so.

Step 1: Highlight the remarketing code that you just generated, or that you were provided, and COPY it (CTRL + C on PC / CMD + C on Mac)

Here's an example of remarketing code that Google would generate for you:

Step 2: Login to your RealtyNinja website by going to www.yoursite.com/login

Step 3: Once logged in, click "SETTINGS" from the top right hand corner of the page.

Step 4: After the Settings page has loaded, click "Custom Code" from the right hand side.

Step 5: Scroll down to the 3rd grey box from the bottom that says "Custom Footer Code". Click inside the white rectangle, and PASTE the remarketing code here (CTRL + V on PC / CMD + V on Mac).

Step 6: Scroll to the very bottom of this page and click "APPLY CHANGES"

Congratulations, you nailed it. [-_-]~~~
